"I am down another 6 pounds."

I do stairs all the time at home but when combined into one workout session…WOW!  I am down another 6 pounds.  I have not taken measurements yet but I can tell I have lost there by the way my clothes are fitting. I want to thank you for these challenges.  It makes exercise fun and it works!  This is much better than spending my time at a gym where I was not seeing any progress at all.

"VASTLY better than others!"

I REALLY enjoyed your seminar!  It was VASTLY better than any with a similar focus that I’ve ever attended! Also, I think I can now understand why I have this nagging stiffness at the back of my right heel.  There had never been any pain on the bottom of my foot and never at the ankle, just at the back.  The exercises you had us try showed me that I have A.B.S.   I’m looking forward to trying “The Matrix.”

"Waaaaaaaay less bio-freeze!"

I haven’t had as much back pain as I had. Usually I have to see chiropractor twice a month in the winter. Also haven’t used as much bio-freeze as I normally do. Waaaaaaaay less!

"...I can take the stairs in my home..."

I completed my version of the stair climbing challenge successfully on Friday of last week!  I can’t believe how great I feel.  I don’t think it’s visible to anyone (yet) but I believe my legs and such are tighter than ever before.  I’ve noticed that I can take the stairs in my home a whole lot easier than ever and I’ve even managed to keep climbing a flight of stairs at least a couple of times a day just because I can!

It was very enjoyable. I have had Achilles tendonitis for 12 months. I have had over 6 months of physical therapy.  The exercises that I was given have allowed me to have the most pain free moments I have experienced this year.  I am so grateful.  I continue to do these exercises and have not had to use any pain medication. Thank you so much.

 

"I wish I saw this 20 years ago!"

I enjoyed the program and I am trying to do the exercise everyday. It takes time. Sherry McLaughlin pointed out many things we do to put ourselves in this pain. Her positive attitude and knowledge helped me realize how our muscle works and needs to be use.  I wish I saw this 20 years ago! Thank you for the education and encouragements!
