"I am down another 6 pounds."

I do stairs all the time at home but when combined into one workout session…WOW!  I am down another 6 pounds.  I have not taken measurements yet but I can tell I have lost there by the way my clothes are fitting. I want to thank you for these challenges.  It makes exercise fun and it works!  This is much better than spending my time at a gym where I was not seeing any progress at all.
